Prime Rib
Generous portions served with horseradish & au jus.

Filet of Beef
Tender filet, oven roasted served medium rare with gorgonzola sauce. Topped with sautéd mushrooms.

Roasted Pork Loin
Topped with mixed herb rub and roasted to perfection.

Virginia Baked Ham
Made in Montana ham baked in a glaze of garlic, mango, mustard and orange zest.

Chicken Jerusalem
Chicken breast covered with herbed bread crumbs cooked moist & tender. Topped with Hollandaise sauce and artichoke hearts.

Oven Fried Chicken
Washington grown chicken marinated overnight. Hand breaded & cooked to perfection.

Grilled Lemon Chicken
Chicken breast marinated in a zesty sauce then baked to a moist, tender finish.

Chicken Marsala
Chicken breast seared in butter and garlic. Finished in a creamy Marsala Sauce with mushrooms.

Teriyaki Ginger Salmon
Salmon fillets baked in a flavor packed teriyaki sauce.

Parmesan Potato Crusted Halibut
Halibut fillet covered in an herbed flakey crust. Seared in olive oil & oven baked.
